Made from Nero d'Avola grown by the innovative Ashleigh and Holly Ratcliff at Ricca Terra Farms in Barmera in the Riverland, Barbera grown by Peter Bird and Joe Drew in Wrattonbully and Pinot Grigio grown by John and Julie Summers at Cardiness in Padthaway.
All 100% hand picked fruit, the Nero d'Avola and Barbera are hand picked and whole bunch pressed, for pristine fruit, the Nero is tangy and savoury, the Barbera is crunchy and aromatic - both retain phenomenal acid. The Pinot Grigio we ferment on skins for aromatics, structure and slipperiness - and some colour. Each parcel is fermented with natural yeast on full solids then lees stirred for texture and complexity before we blend, bottle and hold for a bit before we release it.
