Ashley is a visionary, marathon runner, rodeo riding, chilli growing award winning viticulturist - ‘hot stuff’. Holly nurtures & manages his expectations! This dynamic duo have turned the model of growing fruit in the Riverland on it’s head at Riccaterra farms. Full of Optimism, they grow fruit that wins gold medals and trophies, but more importantly taste delicious and help the environment by using less water with tangy natural acid. Understandably Ashley has been noticed Winning the Gourmet Traveller viticulturist of the year 2015 and ASVO Viticulturist of the Year 2013.
