12 friends, family or you and other like minded souls seated around an old wool sorting dinner table, in an 1868 stone shearing shed. A six-course
foraged feast cooked by the intuitive and creative chef Kirby Shearing
(no pun intended just sweet coincidence). Matched (available on the day) wines by Bellwether.
Make a night of it and book into one of our four glamping sites, luxury
bell tents nestled among 400 year old red gums. Wake to the birds,
sleep in a bed with fresh linen and creature comforts, a short walk from
our unique cellar door and pop-up dining room.
This special experience is intimate, interactive and open for one month only.
