Crisp, crunchy & dry with a succulent juicy acidity. This light coloured Rosato has a savoury, complex texture, made from a blend of Italian varieties: Nero d’Avola, Barbera & Pinot Grigio. The Rosato is part of our Ant Series and is grown in Barmera, Riverland & Wrattonbully, South Australia.

Grown by Brett Proud, Fascinating tannins & phenolics, a white varietal all about texture, with lanolin, lemon pith, & quite savoury, completely out of the box.
Ant Series, Heathcote Vermentino | 2016
The Chalmers family are pioneers in all things alternate of the grape variety. Vermentino is beautifully aromatic yet complex and textural. An amazing drought resistant variety.
Ant Series, Wrattonbully Tempranillo | 2017
Tempranillo has shown itself as a great variety in Wrattonbully, aromatic, earthy & bright. This vineyard is 20 years old so a wonderful example of how good Tempranillo can be grown in a mature vineyard.
Ant Series, Riverland Montepulciano | 2017
Grown by the Basshams. ‘Monte’ has fine even tannins, and smells like raspberries, cherries and the red earth from which it came. A remarkable variety for this region, quite intriguing.

Wrattonbully is an amazing region with exceptional sites situated over world heritage listed limestone caves in the Limestone Coast. A modern, lifted, aromatic, spicy nose, with a complex earthy palate. Grown by Heather & Nick Laycock.
