Spend a week at Bellwether during vintage (March 2018) sleep in a luxury Bell tent and join our vintage crew for a week....
Duties could include grape picking, crushing, plunging ferments, pressing, cleaning and taking in turns with the Winemakers to cook for each other in the Bellwether kitchen using produce from the garden.
Breakfast provisions supplied, lunch and dinner provided, wine with evening meals and maybe a knock off beer. If you aren't afraid of hard work and would like to see how wine is made and contribute to the 2018 vintage wines this could be one of the best weeks you have had in years.
Days are long and the work physical - might be just the break you need to restart the new year.
Bellwether Vintage places are very limited, with only four experiences on offer.
