Can't believe it took me this long to do a Fiano - but I am stoked to do it with one from Wrattonbully, such a great region from my grower Peter Bird at Bold vineyards (the same grower as my delicious Barbera and Tempranillo)
2025 Wrattonbully Fiano; Golden yellow - from three days skin contact to harness the structure and tannins. This is a serious wine, a lemon balm fragrance, crisp and tasty, nutty and lanolin. Find a beach, build a fire, catch some fish and enjoy this wine.
