We have an incredible herb and produce garden, based on a foundation of the most miraculous 150 year old sheep poo. Our produce chef makes our produce and platters from it, visiting chefs and our glampers and campers love foraging too. Spend an hour with us in this foodie heaven and walk away with some fresh organic produce and healthy herbs to cook up a storm. Finish by planting a tree in our native revegetation area supporting our efforts to improve the environment for birds, wildlife, the our soil.
