Produce Garden
The Glen Roy produce garden was established in 2011, utilising the sheep poo from the interior of the shearing shed, dating back to 1868. Gardening is good for the soul and a much better use of time than administration. I love seeing the excitement of people who come to stay harvesting herbs or vegetables for their cooking.Visiting Chefs enjoy the bounty of our garden too.
