Produce Garden
The Bellwether produce garden was established in 2011, utilising sheep poo from underneath the shearing shed dug out in the renovations, dating back to 1868. Gardening is good for the soul and Sue is often spied weeding or mowing when she should be doing administration, some call it problem solving time while procrastinating. We seeing the excitement of people who come to stay, harvesting herbs or vegetables for their cooking. Visiting Chefs love the bounty of our garden too, producing delicious surprises at our Table of Ten, or special events. We dry herbs and harvest seeds each season too.
