Sue Bell's involvement, love of her community and gratitude to her growers is foundation of what Bellwether is all about. This is what drives her to deliver an experience that goes beyond the pursuit of producing and enjoying great Australian wine. Her love of a good laugh over a shared meal and an even better story is just as humble as the facilities in which she personally hosts you. Where once was sheep, now is wine barrels and fermenters. The place of wine a daily life and society and it’s healthy contribution is core to every Bellwether experience.
