Bellwether Brunch - the best way to start a day of wine tasting

Food from our organic garden

We have an organic produce garden surrounding our 1868 shearing shed, established in 2011, full of herbs and veggies, including indigenous plants like salt bush and warrigal greens, with further expansion planned in consultation with Boandik elders.

In our efforts to reduce food waste, please order 3 days before arrival.  This helps plan our harvest and staff. Guests are welcome to pick from the garden themselves while staying with us, but we ask that leave enough for others and regrowth. We harvest seeds each season, dry herbs and make preserves so you can take a little piece of our garden magic home with you.
