We grow most of our food and source protein from local suppliers who share similar values. Our organic produce garden full of herbs and veggies, increasingly with more indigenous edible plants with knowledge gained from Boandik elders.
We want to reduce food waste, so ask that you order 3 days before arrival. This helps plan staff and harvest from the garden. You are welcome to use the garden yourself for cooking while staying with us, but leave enough for others and regrowth.
