Spend a week at Bellwether during vintage (March 2024) sleep in a Bell tent and join our vintage crew for a week....
Your experience might include grape picking, crushing, plunging ferments, pressing, tasting grapes and ferments with the winemaker and of course the all important cleaning. Eat lunch daily with the vintage team around our old wool sorting table, all food made in the Bellwether kitchen using produce from the garden, and often an interesting wine from the museum.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner provisions supplied or provided, wine with evening meals and maybe a knock off beer/wine. If you have a keen interest in how wine is made and would like to contribute to the 2024 vintage wines this could be one of the best weeks of your life.
Days are long and the work physical - it might be just the break you need to restart the new year.
