Held on the 1st weekend in July and October, for a maximum of 10 people.
A truly unique, intimate experience. You and your closest friends, or a bunch of work colleagues can enjoy dinner seated around a wool sorting dining table. Immersed in an 1868 shearing shed now a boutique winery, dining with your own personal chef and winemaker. A unique menu of local seasonal produce, incorporating our beautiful produce garden and wines selected by the winemaker Sue Bell. A memorable night of food wine and conversation.
6 course degustation menu, with matching wines (includes museum wine) | $ 200 per person
Make a night of it and book into one of our glamping sites, luxury bell tents nestled among 1,000+ year old red gums. Wake to the birds, sleep in a bed with linen and creature comforts, a short walk from our unique cellar door, toilets and bathrooms.
