A bold year from a delicate hand, Intense blackcurrant aroma, dried sage. Hand picked, fermented in small batches of less than one tonne, hand plunged. Fermented with natural yeast, a textured and perfumed wine with great density and length. Has the acidity to age a long time, 25-30 years but drinking pretty nicely now. A very elegant Coonawarra Cabernet from winemaker Sue Bell.
