A lifted, aromatic spicy nose with a complex earthy palate. Made from 70% Shiraz and 30% Malbec - a good portion of both whole bunch. All Natural ferment. 2021 could well be the best vintage we have seen, perfect ripening weather, great yield, colour and fragrance.
