Sue put some of this wine away hoping her business would survive long enough to see it to maturity. Pleased to stay we are still here and this is in the zone! Milk Chocolate and Classic very fine grain tannins, drinking well but will age for 20 years or more. Hand pruned and picked, natural yeast fermentation, matured in french oak barriques, about 30% new.
