On the 1st Friday of July and October, limited to ten lucky diners. A moving feast that is both relaxed, fun and informative. Exclusively served by the winemaker and the chef. You will meet by the fire and dine around our wool sorting dining table in an 1868 shearing shed, now a boutique winery, with a reputation for doing things a little differently. A memorable night of food wine and conversation with winemaker and founder of Bellwether, Sue Bell.
Dinner with matched wines - $200/person
Don't want to drive, stay in one of our Glamping bell tents nestled among 1,000+ year old red gums. Wake to the birds, sleep in a cosy bed with linen, thermal woollen quilt and underlay, hot water bottles, extra blankets and a small propane heater, a short stroll from the winery and bathrooms.
