'Puff of smoke' - 2019 Puncheon fermented Tasmanian Riesling

This was a selected barrel of my favourite Tasmanian Riesling from 2019, it was the most solidsy ferment - which basically means cloudy, it has a really flinty nose, like a puff of smoke after fireworks. The acid is bracing - not for wimps and is juicy and long. My intention was to give it a seperate label but cash flow over the last couple of years has restricted my creative genius so it became a 'family and friend' wine. Available in six packs as a clean skin.
